Drawing on the latest scientific research and our over 30+ years of combined experience in treating anxiety, Dr. Josh Spitalnick and Michael Stier, LCPC, LPC created this site to bring together resources from leading evidence-based approaches to understanding and treating health anxiety, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
