We are two psychotherapists passionate about supporting individuals with health anxiety. Having seen many people fall through the cracks of the medical system, we created Overcoming Health Anxiety as a hub for education and connection for health anxiety sufferers, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals.
Our goal is to offer a space with practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate support to change how health anxiety is understood and treated, bridging the gap between mental and physical health.
What is Health Anxiety?
If you're reading this, there's a good chance you're already familiar with the overwhelming, constant worry about your health. Health anxiety isn't just about being "worried" from time to time—it’s a deep, pervasive fear that takes hold of your thoughts and disrupts your daily life.
