After seeing so many people fall through the cracks of the medical system, we created Overcoming Health Anxiety as a central hub for education and connection — a place for those struggling with health anxiety, their loved ones, and healthcare professionals alike. Our goal is to provide practical tools, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate support to transform how health anxiety is understood and treated, bridging the gap between mental and physical health.
